I haven’t been really satisfied how my store looked like and the admin section of Woocommerce (Wordpress), so I have created and coded a new design and moved back to the Opencart platform.

It’s hands down my favourite open source e-commerce systems and I use it for all my clients. They haven’t had any complaints and using it is super easy.

While the Studynet website is not new, I’ve worked on a new homepage design for my client. We wanted to modernize it a little bit, make it look fresher and remove the Web 2.0 shadowing. Every person in any creative field has gone through the horrible situation where you get no inspiration no matter what you do. Unfortunately it’s not a one-time occurence, it will happen multiple times and quite often suddenly. There can be a multitude of causes but right now I’d like to give you a few tips on how to fight this block. I’m a webdesigner, so these tips may be more suited to the graphic design field but feel free to gain inspiration (hehe) from it nevertheless.

Each visitor will form an opinion of your website in a matter of seconds, so it’s important to have quality webdesign to catch their eye. Webdesign should be well-arranged, functional and most of all, user friendly. The visitor should not ask “What am I supposed to do next?” or “Where do I click?” after visiting your website.
